30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every FEAST product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product. Subsequent purchases of the same product are eligible for refund only if the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@feastaid.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for US orders).
- Ship the product back using the provided label within 7 days.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
To cancel, email support@feastaid.com with your order details. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled shipment. Any product already shipped is subject to the standard return policy above.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
