By accessing or using feastaid.com (the "Site") and purchasing FEAST products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

FEAST products are dietary supplements intended for adults 18 years and older. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information you provide is accurate. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis at the subscription price displayed at the time of enrollment. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination.

FEAST is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Returns & Refund Policy page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

All content on feastaid.com — including text, images, logos, product names, and design — is the property of FEAST and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Submit false or misleading information when placing orders.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
